Zoning Amendment Application C10/2021 - Derek Roberts and Heather Anderson

The purpose and effect of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to recognize the area of one existing parcel, being approximately 20.58 acres, with an existing residential dwelling and outbuildings. The application proposes to rezone the subject property from Agricultural and Environmental Protection to a site specific Agricultural Exception, which will permit the change of use to an on-site farm brewery / retail establishment / farm style market garden, including, but not limited to, bottle shop, farm store, tap room, patio space, food truck, restaurant, small event space, outdoor seating and parking area.

 

The initial Public Meeting is held in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Act. The purpose of the meeting is for Council Members to formally hear and receive public and agency comments. The intent of this statutory Public Meeting is to receive public feedback and incorporate it into a recommendation report from Staff. No decision will be made during this meeting.
