Severance Consent Application B24/2023 - Laura MacDonell / Pat and Diane Lanoue
Severance Consent Application B24/2023, proposes to create a lot addition between two existing properties. Approximately 809.37 square meters (.20 acres) of vacant land will be severed from 4 Taylor Lane, and will merge with the adjacent parcel to the East, being 2 Taylor Lane. The retained portion, being approximately .56 hectares (1.38 acres) contains the existing residential dwelling and outbuildings.
The Public Hearing / Public Meeting is held in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act. The purpose of the meeting is for Council Members to formally hear and receive public and agency comments. The intent of this statutory Public Hearing / Meeting is to receive public feedback and incorporate it into a recommendation report from Staff. No decision will be made during this meeting.
