NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

COMMITTEE OF ADJUSTMENT

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following applications under Section 45 and Section 53 of the Planning Act will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on December 11, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Clock Tower Cultural Centre, 36 Front Street South, Campbellford / Municipality of Trent Hills:

 

  1. Severance Consent Application B48/2018

    2231 7th Line East (split from) / 2173 7th Line East (merge to)
    Former Seymour Ward

    The application proposes to sever one (1) parcel, being approximately 75’ frontage x 145’ depth (0.59 acres), being severed from 2231 7th Line East. The severed parcel will serve as a lot addition and merge to the adjacent lands located at 2173 7th Line East.

     

  2. Severance Consent Application B49/2018

    111 Concession Road 8 West, Former Percy Ward

    The application proposes to create one (1) new parcel, being approximately 94.75 acres (vacant land), from approximately 101.50 acres, for residential building purposes. The retained portion contains the existing residential dwelling. Zoning Amendment Application C30/2018 has been submitted in conjunction with this application, and will be heard at the next Council meeting on Tuesday, December 18, 2018.

     

  3. Severance Consent Application B50/2018

    62 Queen Street / Garry Street, Former Town of Campbellford

    The application proposes to create one (1) new parcel, being approximately 98’6” frontage x 132’ deep (0.06 acres) (with existing secondary dwelling unit). The retained portion contains the existing residential dwelling. Zoning Amendment Application C31/2018 has been submitted in conjunction with this application, and will be heard at the next Council meeting on Tuesday, December 18, 2018.

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following applications under Section 45 and Section 53 of the Planning Act will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment on December 18, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at the Clock Tower Cultural Centre, 36 Front Street South, Campbellford / Municipality of Trent Hills:

     

  1. Rezoning Application C30/2018

    111 Concession Road 8 West, Former Percy Ward

    The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment is to recognize the creation of one new parcel, being the severed portion of Severance Consent B49/2018, in an approximate size of 94.75 acres (vacant land). The current zoning for the subject lands is Rural, Environmental Protection and Environmentally Sensitive. The proposed zoning for the retained portion will be Rural Residential. The zoning for the severed portion will remain Rural, Environmental Protection and Environmentally Sensitive. All Environmental Protection and Environmentally Sensitive zoning will remain in place.

     

  2. Rezoning Application C31/2018

    62 Queen Street / Garry Street, Former Town of Campbellford

    The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment is to recognize the creation of one new parcel, being the severed portion of Severance Consent B50/2018, in an approximate size of 0.06 acres (with existing secondary dwelling unit). The current zoning of the subject lands is Residential 1 (R1). The proposed zoning for the severed portion will be Residential 1 Exception. The Exception to the Residential 1 zoning will acknowledge the reduced lot frontage and the reduced minimum lot area within the Residential 1 zone. The zoning for the retained portion will remain Residential 1.

 

ANY PERSON may attend the public meeting and/or make written or verbal representation, either in support of, or in opposition to, the application.  Written submissions can be made to the Clerk of the Municipality.
