The application proposes a lot line adjustment / lot addition between two existing properties. Approximately 42.35 acres (vacant land), will be severed from Part of Lot 16, Concession 10, 98 County Road 35, Roll # 14 35 229 050 04300 0000, being 47.85 acres with the existing residential dwelling and outbuilding.  The severed portion will merge to the adjacent lands to the south, Part of Lot 16, Concession 19, County Road 35, Roll # 14 35 229 050 04306 0000, being 0.517 acres of vacant land. The retained portion will result in an approximate 5.5 acre parcel, with the existing residential dwelling and outbuilding.  The severed portion will result in an approximate 42.87 acre parcel of vacant land, and will be eligible for a residential building permit.  Zoning Amendment Application C08/2020 has been submitted in conjunction with this application. 

The initial Public Hearing is held in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act.  The purpose of the meeting is for Council Members to formally hear and receive public and agency comments.  The intent of this statutory Public Hearing is to receive public feedback and incorporate it into a recommendation report from Staff.  No decision will be made during this meeting.
