New Council Sworn in Today
The Municipality of Trent Hills’ new Council was sworn in today at the Inaugural Meeting of the 2018 – 2022 term.
Mayor Bob Crate welcomed the Councillors, their families and guests saying, “I’m pleased to be here today, with all of you to start this next term of Council which promises to bring new projects and opportunities to our community. We are on a good trajectory and we have a great team.”
Also sworn into office were Ward 1 Campbellford Seymour Councillors, Gene Brahaney, Rosemary Kelleher MacLennan and Catherine Redden; Ward 2 Percy Councillors Rick English and Ken Tully and Ward 3 Hastings Councillor Michael Metcalf.
Council elected Rosemary Kelleher-MacLennan to serve as Deputy Mayor.
