Severance Consent Application B31/2021 proposes a lot line adjustment / lot addition between two existing properties. Approximately 2.00 acres (with existing residential dwelling) will be severed from Concession 2, Part of lot 10, 1082 James Road, Roll # 14 35 134 030 04210 0000 from approximately 40.99 acres.  The retained portion, being approximately 38.99 acres (vacant land) will merge to the adjacent lands to the north, being Concession 3, Part of Lot 10, 950 County Road 8, Roll # 14 35 134 040 06910 0000 (currently 100.00 acres with an existing residential dwelling and agricultural outbuildings). Zoning Amendment Application C21/2021 has been submitted in conjunction with this application.

The initial Public Meeting is held in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Act. The purpose of the meeting is for Council Members to formally hear and receive public and agency comments. The intent of this statutory Public Meeting is to receive public feedback and incorporate it into a recommendation report from Staff. No decision will be made during this meeting.
