Zoning Amendment Application C21/2023 - Twin Pines Packaging, Peter Campbell / Ryan and Joanne Campbell

220 Campbell Road / County Road 24, Concession 5, Part Lot 11, Part 1 of RD 156 / Concession 5, Part Lot 11, Part 1 of RP 38R412, geographic Township of Percy

Subsequent to Severance Consent Application B30/2023, the purpose and effect of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to recognize the creation of one (1) new parcel, being approximately 1.42 hectares (3.53 acres). The current zoning of the subject lands is the Rural (RU) Zone, Environmentally Sensitive (ES) Zone and Environmental Protection (EP) Zone. The proposed zoning for Severance Consent Application B30/2023 will be the Rural Residential (RR) Zone, Environmental Protection (EP) Zone and Environmentally Sensitive (ES) Zone. The zoning for the retained portion (as merged to the adjacent property to the West), being approximately 14.81 hectares (36.6 acres), vacant land, will remain the Rural (RU) Zone, Environmentally Sensitive (ES) Zone and Environmental Protection (EP) Zone. All Environmental Protection Zoning and Environmentally Sensitive Zoning will remain in place.

 

The Public Hearing / Public Meeting is held in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act.  The purpose of the meeting is for Council Members to formally hear and receive public and agency comments.  The intent of this statutory Public Hearing / Meeting is to receive public feedback and incorporate it into a recommendation report from Staff.  No decision will be made during this meeting.
