The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment is to recognize the creation of one new parcel, being the severed portion of Severance Consent B39/2019, in an approximate size of 81.1 acres (vacant land). The current zoning of the subject lands is Agricultural, Rural, Environmental Protection and Environmentally Sensitive. The proposed zoning for the severed portion will be Agricultural Exception (*), Rural, Environmental Protection and Environmentally Sensitive, in which no residential building permit(s) will be issued for this parcel of land. The proposed zoning for the retained portion will be Rural.  All Environmental Protection and Environmentally Sensitive zoning will remain in place.  This application is filed in conjunction with Severance Consent Application B39/2019.
