Severance Consent Application B48/2022 - Gerald Perillo  

Grand Road / 5th Line, Concession 5, Part Lot 7, Part 3 to 7 of RP 38R4303, geographic Township of Seymour

 Severance Consent Application B48/2022, proposes to create one (1) new parcel, being approximately 19.78 hectares (48.87 acres) of vacant land with frontage on the 5th Line. The purpose of the severance is to separate the lands zoned Rural (RU) and Environmental Protection (EP) from the Highway Commercial (C2) zoned with frontage on the Grand Road parcel. The retained portion, being approximately 5.23 hectare (12.92 acres), is vacant land.

 The initial Public Hearing / Public Meeting is held in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Act. The purpose of the meeting is for Council Members to formally hear and receive public and agency comments. The intent of this statutory Public Hearing / Public Meeting is to receive public feedback and incorporate it into a recommendation report from Staff. No decision will be made during this meeting.
