Severance Consent Application B32/2021 and B33/2021 - Rumi Ablachim

The application proposes two lot line adjustments between three existing properties. Severance Consent Application B32/2021 proposes to reconfigure Roll # 14 35 229 040 03526 0000 to approximately 0.50 acres (vacant land) and will be eligible for residential building purposes. Severance Consent Application B33/2021 proposes to reconfigure Roll # 14 35 229 040 03527 0000 to approximately 0.54 acres (vacant land) and will be eligible for residential building purposes. The retained portion, Roll # 14 35 229 040 03528 0000 will be approximately 0.71 acres (with existing residential dwelling).

The initial Public Meeting is held in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Act. The purpose of the meeting is for Council Members to formally hear and receive public and agency comments. The intent of this statutory Public Meeting is to receive public feedback and incorporate it into a recommendation report from Staff. No decision will be made during this meeting.
