Zoning Amendment Application C20/2023 - Heather Milne

2518 13th Line East, Concession 13 W, Part Lot 22, geographic Township of Seymour

Subsequent to Severance Consent Applications B28/2023 and B29/2023, the purpose and effect of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to recognize the creation of two (2) new parcels, being approximately .81 hectares (2 acres) each. The current zoning of the subject lands is the Rural (RU) Zone, Environmental Protection (EP) Zone and Environmentally Sensitive (ES) Zone. The proposed zoning for Severance Consent Applications B28/2023 and B29/2023 will be the Rural Residential (RR) Zone and Environmental Protection (EP) Zone. The zoning for the retained portion, being approximately 38.85 hectares (96 acres), contains the existing residential dwelling and outbuildings, will remain the Rural (RU) Zone, Environmental Protection (EP) Zone and Environmentally Sensitive (ES) Zone. All Environmental Protection Zoning will remain in place.

 

The Public Hearing / Public Meeting is held in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act.  The purpose of the meeting is for Council Members to formally hear and receive public and agency comments.  The intent of this statutory Public Hearing / Meeting is to receive public feedback and incorporate it into a recommendation report from Staff.  No decision will be made during this meeting.
