Subsequent to Severance Consent B31/2021 the purpose and effect of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to recognize the lot line adjustment / lot addition between two existing properties, being the severed portion of Severance Consent Application B31/2021, being approximately 2.00 acres (with existing residential dwelling). The current zoning of the subject lands is Agricultural, Environmental Protection and Environmentally Sensitive. The proposed zoning for Severance Consent Application B31/2021 will be Rural Residential. The zoning for the retained portion which will merge to the adjacent lands to the north, being approximately 138.99 acres with the existing residential dwelling and outbuildings of Concession 3, Part of Lot 10, 950 County Road 8, Roll # 14 35 134 040 06910 0000 will remain Agricultural, Environmental Protection and Environmentally Sensitive. All Environmental Protection and Environmentally Sensitive zoning will remain in place.

The initial Public Meeting is held in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Act. The purpose of the meeting is for Council Members to formally hear and receive public and agency comments. The intent of this statutory Public Meeting is to receive public feedback and incorporate it into a recommendation report from Staff. No decision will be made during this meeting.
