Passing of Former Councillor Meirion Jones
The flags at all Trent Hills Municipal facilities have been lowered to half-mast following the passing of former Trent Hills Councillor Meirion Jones.
Meirion served our community as a member of Council and was very well respected. We extend our condolences to his family and friends at this difficult time.
In accordance with the Municipality’s Flag Etiquette Policy, flags at the municipal flagpole locations identified in Policy POL-ADM-015 will be lowered to half-mast today and will remain at half-mast until sunset on the day of the funeral service.
