Road construction on County Road 30
Cobourg, ON – August 4, 2026 – Northumberland County will begin rehabilitation work on County Road 30 between the 8th Line West and 11th Line West on Monday, August 10, 2026. The project, located north of West Corners in the Municipality of Trent Hills north of Campbellford, will improve roadway conditions, replace aging infrastructure, and support the continued safety and reliability of this important transportation route.
Construction is expected to continue through October 2026.
Project improvements include:
- Replacement of existing cross culverts to improve drainage and roadway performance;
- Replacement of roadside safety devices;
- Removal and replacement of the full-depth asphalt roadway; and
- Installation of new pavement markings following completion of construction.
