  • Notice of Public Hearing/Public Meeting: November 5, 2024

    In accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act, a Public Hearing/Public Meeting must be held for each Planning Application in order for Council Members to formally hear and receive public and agency comments. The intent of this statutory Public Hearing/Public Meeting is to receive public feedback and incorporate it into a recommendation report from Planning Staff. There will be no decision made during the Public Hearing/Public Meeting to be held on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024 at 6 p.m.

  • Notice of Public Hearing: October 1st, 2024

    In accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act, a Public Hearing must be held for each Planning Application in order for Council Members to formally hear and receive public and agency comments. The intent of this statutory Public Hearing is to receive public feedback and incorporate it into a recommendation report from Planning Staff. There will be no decision made during the Public Hearing to be held on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024 at 6 p.m.

  • Notice of Committee of Adjustment: August 13th, 2024

    In accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act, a Committee of Adjustment Meeting must be held for each Minor Variance Application in order for the Members of the Committee of Adjustment to formally hear and receive public and agency comments and to render a decision on the proposed application(s).

    One (1) Minor Variance Application will be presented at the scheduled Committee of Adjustment Meeting.

Welcome to the Gunshot Treaty Lands of 1788. It is on these lands and on the shores of the big lake, the Mississauga Anishinabeg met with the Crown to facilitate the opening of these lands for
settlement.
