Departure of Chief Administrative Officer
The Municipality of Trent Hills is announcing that Chief Administrative Officer, Lynn Phillips, has advised Council of her decision to resign from the position.
Lynn joined the organization in October 2010 as the Community Development Officer and was appointed Chief Administrative Officer in 2015. “’I am so appreciative of the opportunity to work in Trent Hills and extremely proud of all that has been accomplished over the last 15 years,” said Lynn. It has been an honour to serve this community and to work with such talented and dedicated staff.”
Under her leadership, Trent Hills has undergone great transformation and progress. Her tenure has been marked by impactful organizational restructuring, significant advancements in service delivery and modernization, the successful completion of major infrastructure and capital projects, and a steadfast commitment to fostering employee engagement.

Ms. Phillips will vacate the position at the end of November 2025. Further details on the recruitment process to appoint a new CAO will be announced soon.
