1. Severance Consent Application B13/2025, Notice of Public Hearing (Atkinson)
Description of the Proposal:
Severance Consent Application B13/2025, proposes to create one (1) new parcel, being approximately 1.21 hectares (3.0 acres) of vacant land for residential building purposes.
The retained portion, being approximately 66.12 hectares (163.38 acres) contains an existing residential dwelling and outbuildings.
Zoning Amendment Application C07/2025 has been submitted in conjunction with this application.
2. Zoning Amendment Application C07/2025, Notice of Public Meeting (Atkinson)
Description of the Proposal:
Subsequent to Severance Consent Application B13/2025, the purpose and effect of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to recognize the creation of one (1) new parcel, being approximately 1.21 hectares (3.0 acres) of vacant land for residential building purposes. The current zoning of the subject lands is the Rural (RU) Zone, Agricultural (A) Zone, Environmental Protection (EP) Zone, and Environmentally Sensitive (ES) Zone.
The proposed zoning for the severed portion of Severance Consent Application B13/2025 will be the Rural Residential (RR) Zone and the Environmentally Sensitive (ES) Zone. The zoning for the retained portion, being approximately 66.12 hectares (163.38 acres) with an existing residential dwelling and outbuildings, will remain the Rural (RU), Agricultural (A), Environmental Protection (EP) and Environmentally Sensitive (ES) Zones. All Environmental Protection (EP) and Environmentally Sensitive (ES) Zoning will remain in place.
3. Severance Consent Application B14/2025, Notice of Public Hearing (Lillico)
Description of the Proposal:
Severance Consent Application B14/2025, proposes to create two (2) separate parcels, which have merged in title. The proposed severed parcel, being approximately 0.65 hectares (1.61 acres) of vacant land. The proposed retained portion, being approximately 0.55 hectares (1.35 acres), contains an existing residential dwelling.
