Description of the Proposal:
Severance Consent Application B19/2025, proposes to create two (2) separate parcels as identified as Part 1 & 2 in Plan 38R1595. The proposed severed parcel, being approximately 0.446 acres (0.18 hectares) of vacant land. The proposed retained parcel, being approximately 0.373 acres (0.15 hectares), contains an existing residential dwelling and outbuildings.

Severance Consent Application B20/2025, Notice of Public Hearing (Marois/Boverhof/Lisle)
Description of the Proposal:
Severance Consent Application B20/2025 proposes a lot line adjustment between two properties located at 2883 13th Line East (Roll #1435 134 070 24901 0000) and 2903 13th Line East (Roll #1435 134 070 21400 0000). The proposed adjustment involves an exchange of land between the two properties: a vacant triangular parcel of approximately 0.12 acres (498 m2) from the southern portion of 2883 13th Line East would be transferred to 2903 13th Line East, and a vacant triangular parcel of approximately 0.18 acres (709 m2) from the northern portion of 2903 13th Line East would be transferred to 2883 13th Line East. The purpose of the application is to reconfigure the shared lot line through a mutual land exchange.

Description of the Proposal:
Severance Consent Application B21/2025 proposes a lot line adjustment/lot addition involving the originating parcel legally described as Concession 14, Part Lot 10, 39R1009, Parts 1 & 4, currently owned by B.G. Newmarket Inc. The application seeks to sever approximately 0.57 hectares (1.42 acres) of vacant land, forming a narrow strip running north to south to Trent River Road. The severed portion is proposed to be consolidated with two adjacent parcels to the west, which were created through a historic plan of subdivision and are now owned by McDonald Homes, legally described as Concession 14, Part Lot 9; 39R14559 Part 1 and Seymour Concession 14 Part Lot 9; Plan 638 Block 17 Part Block 16; RP 39R14553 Parts 3 & 4.
