  1. Severance Consent Application B15/2025, Notice of Public Hearing (Bruce Sharpe Ltd.) 

    Description of Proposal:

    Severance Consent Application B15/2025, proposes to recreate two (2) separate parcels, which have merged in title. The proposed severed parcel, being approximately 0.08 hectares (0.20 acres) contains an existing residential dwelling known as 66 Doxsee Avenue North. The proposed retained portion, being approximately 0.78 hectares (1.93 acres), contains two existing commercial buildings, a parking lot along Front Street North and three (3) additional residential dwellings along Doxsee Avenue North.

  2. Severance Consent Application B16/2025, Notice of Public Hearing (Michael De Blois) 

    Description of the Proposals:

    Severance Consent Application B16/2025 proposes a lot line adjustment / lot addition from the originating parcel known as 250 Richardson Road, Roll # 14 35 229 040 09504 0000 to 226 Richardson Road, Roll #14 35 134 229 040 09505 0000. Approximately 2.60 acres (1.05 hectares) from the originating parcel will be severed and merge with the adjacent parcel to the south, described as 226 Richardson Road. The benefitting parcel’s current size is approximately 12.62 acres (5.11 hectares) with an existing residential dwelling.  The overall proposed parcel size will be 15.22 acres (6.16 hectares), once the lot line adjustment / lot addition is completed.

    The retained portion of the originating parcel, being approximately 2.00 acres (0.80 hectares), contains an existing residential dwelling, fronting on Richardson Road.
